Undifferentiated Hypotension and the Modified RUSH Exam

This is my simplistic take on hypotension (ie. shock) in pediatric patients.  All you need is an ultrasound, fluids and a basic understanding of the physiology.

Solid podcast. Still waiting for you to post some more podcasts because my USB drive that had all the lectures on it fell apart (literally). Have you been getting a lot of feedback/downloads? I haven't been back to BAMC yet to spread the word. Be sure to tell everyone that rotates at TCH about it - I know quite a few people in my program like listening to podcasts.
